DISRUPTION OF PARLIAMENT & LEGISLATURE
UNACCEPTABLE SAYS PRESIDENT PRANAB MUKHERJEE.

People elect their representatives to discuss, debate &convey the
peoples's aspirations in the parliament & not to walk out or sit on
dharna.Parliamentarians should set an example to the legislators,
members of Municipal Corporations & local bodies how to debate,
discuss & sort out the differences.

Of late, we see walkouts, disruption sitting on Dharna & rushing to
the well of the House has become a common practice . It is a cause
for worry that it happens even in Rajya Sabha which is the House
of Elders.Even if the Speaker or the Vice President who presides
over Lok Sabha & Rajya Sabha respectively  appeals  for calm,
members still disrupt the House.

Can this continue ? Members should take the advice of the President
as a wake up call.
