BREXIT is seen as the next big financial event to hit the global
markets post 2008 global economic crisis. It is generally believed
that Britain could exit the European Union (EU) that could slow
down the world economy.
The important question is whether this move by Britain will affect
Indian rupee & Indian Markets?.Initially, the Indian Currency may
see some volatility, but in the long run it may not affect the Indian
Currency.Regarding, the stock market, the speculators may use this
as an oppurtunity to bring down the rates of few selected scrips to
take it up on an upward move later. There are no reasons why the
stock market should react badly if Britain exits EU.Afterall,Britain
did not join the European Exchange Rate Mechanism.
