VIKRAM HOSPITAL,BENGALURU CELEBRATES WORLD HEART DAY.

Know Your Heart :Heart is located in the left of the middle of the chest. It is about the size of the fist.It beats 72 beats per minute and approximately 2.5 billion times in the average life span of 66 years.It weighs average 250 to 350 gms.It pumps nearly 6000 to 7500 litres of blood daily.Hence,Heart requires good maintenance.

To Create awareness amongst people,Vikram Hospital organised a Walkathon from the hospital. The event was flagged off by the city Police Commissioner Mr. B.G.Jyothiprakash Mirji.IPS.Many film personalities and prominent citizens participated in the event.
