Hindustan Copper, a Mini Ratna will come out with a follow on Public Offer of Rs.1700 crores as a part of raising Rs.3500 crores requirement for their expansion.
As the government has decided to divest 10% of its 99.59% in the Company,hence the offer.The disinvestment proceeds will go to the government.
